@Rogue Trader my guess is we may never know. As both parties continue discovery and start to make pre-trial submissions they'll know how strong their cases are. There will likely be a settlement.

Seems to me given statements about 'witnesses' in earlier announcements that VMC may have nothing in writing to prove that PW was discussed. I've also posted on the SPX thread about the confidentiality deed - I don't think it is the document VMC is making it out to be.

In terms of the wording and commentary of the announcements? Typical legalese, admit nothing.

Reportedly the burden of proof lies with VMC? Let's see what they've got.
