I can't see any platforms. I am just a foreigner looking from afar. It's just a hunch. But from experience, I have seen such price action, crossings, change in shareholdings among accounts etc, especially in cases where the stock has such a tight register, occuring at such a juncture of FLC's stage and financial life cycle. ML is in the fray somewhere.

My observations are purely based on shennigans played out in other markets and talking to investment bankers who devise and sell these derivatives. These activities I have alluded are purely over the counter and it's designed to be hidden from any platforms, exchange etc.
