    I do recall and is documented,that one of the principal players in the 'Stop Cangai Mine' movement was complaining bitterly to the authorities regarding the smoke caused by one of the fuel reduction burns,less than twelve months ago.
    The point being is that you do not attempt to appease these people,you steam-roll them.
