Haven't seen any 'fluff news' or positive analysts. Quite the opposite actually. Lots of downgrades with fluff reasons such as new Chinese competitor.
SP just doesn't want to go down any further , thus some nervous shorters getting out, imo. Also add to that the high popularity of A2 platinum confirmed from 11/11 sales and enough legitimate reasons for rise today.
