2019 AGM was worked by politically motivated proxies. Past AGMs had one politically focussed proxy. Increasing proxies activists involved in CTP meetings indicate systematic targeting in progress.
Only comments made by these disrupters were about climate change, emissions, climate change impact insurance, alleged decision by Commonwealth Bank to not finance fossil fuel industries.
Same day as AGM," How many years has Central Petroleum got left ? ", published by Marketforces.com.au
Article solely focuses on those questions asked, implies audience was pre-occupied with these matters ( they weren't and aren't because they know the science and successful safe industry practice history ), dismisses Chairs responses.
Marketforces and Australian Centre for Corporate Governance proposed " resolutions " at ORG AGM recently - they failed.
Continuing anti-Adani actions funding has been traced to Sydney based " The Sunrise Project " and USA Sandler Foundation ( running a global programme ). Sunrise gets funding from USA Sandler. Submit a company disruption proposal to Sunrise and it gives $5000.
CTP is being stalked by political anti-fossil fuels unelected ' change agents " subverting Federal government Paris Agreement responses - attempting to force companies to act on disrupters ideas and values. There is no discussion about or acknowledgement of consequences of acting on their ideology by these sociopaths.
It is likely CTP proxies / " shareholders " are colluding with above funding organisations / campaign / strategy advisors.
Proxies 2019 were :
1.jan for ross knowles
2.steve blackly for emma jennings
3.roger hewitt for " Mr miles ".
Perhaps CTP General Counsel could contact these people to investigate their legitimacy as " investors " ?
Prime Minister said currently developing ideas for legislation addressing political farm invaders. It is timely efficient to include attention to political disrupters in company matters legislation development.
CTP, other oil and gas companies, industry bodies, would be smart to systematically urgently lobby governments about these matters. Smarter companies will also integrate owner / shareholders into their counter - strategies.
