Just remember that management can't vote their shares on the remuneration report. So only 25% of the votes from the remaining shares is needed for a 'first strike'. Given the disgraceful salaries and fees being paid, I am voting my shares against the remuneration report. The others I will vote in favour of as the company needs to be able to move forward (assuming it ever completes this equity raise for the B&P acquisition....)
