    Therefore, people shouldn't jump to conclusions about who is in the wrong unless the actual ASX query being asked is known.

    If it's something a 5 year old can answer, then that is bad.

    If it's something complex and the ASX aren't satisfied because they can't understand it, then it's a different story.
