it seems the market has overlooked this....
TMX gets most of its MC in cash and scrip(which is very liquid), has the option to keep exposure by holding RED or using the scrip to end the crappy little raises....
The cash can go into proving up more ground, which, no doubt, would be of interest to RED.....at the very worst, if the deal fails, then TMX has 300k to explore the surrounds and bulk it it up....
RED has basically shown that GW is of great interest, adding some satellite deposits will certainly work well for TMX
