I think that poster you mentioned was referring to Pep11 (his/her post was difficult to read). That is a maybe atm. Just because nobody replied does not mean it has been ignored or that anyone missed he point. I read it as more of a comment rather than a start to an open discussion.
Current spud is Wisteria, not on Eastern seaboard. This is going to be a very tidy little $$ maker if they find what they expect to find, IMO. Should see some action next week as punters line up for this one.
