Its all about de-risking the project and looks like one or more of those risks will be mitigated next week to some degree.

The next 6 months will have a number of major milestones overcome IMO, so I believe 2009 will be a cornerstone year for ARU and holders

If its near term shareprice you're focused on, don't be disappointed if it does not live up to your expectations, long term the sharepprice will take care of itself, short term we're in a bear market and there will be sellers on good news and buying pressure. I presume ocenaic still have a bundle to offload.
