For get about everything else we are talking about , in this CR if we put in -

1 - you don't get your money back

2 - you do not know how much will be received so, not full amount they will only use for wages and that's about IT

3 - need to see books first before putting money , you could imagine why they have not been submitted

4 - why cant they be honest give us what we need , you can answer that one

5 - No commitment from management how much they are putting in , your company and you cant tell us what you are putting in , come on

6 - imagine showing this CR to your accountant or broker ( opposite side for company the same accountant and broker have written CR Docs for Company)

Hard for anyone with half a brain to give them money for this CR , not one ounce of confidence from Management with a chance of them Losing Money . Who writes this up only to Benefit Management , show some Balls Meir , like us who have been putting money into SAS and we don't even know what you are doing with it as you can not even release your Financials' for last Year !
