    Do you intend on providing individual councelling ? Will it be in order as posted ? Will you be offering remediation to the effected and provide on-going support and guidance ?

    Are there categories for said victims for which peer support can be made available .ie. newbies-quick-fix and rampers-road-to-recovery etc?
