The ANZ and ML should not get out of this crime that easily and it is up to the regulators like the ASIC and the ASX to show some sack and actually come down hard on them and the obvious insiders that dumped/shorted the stocks well before Opes went under.
The late Rene (Rivkin) gets busted for his Qantas $3 grand profit yet at the real big end of the Old Boys Town.........pathetic.
Repeat to the regulators........"Show some sack"! And get at least some sort of decent reputation for actually being able to DO SOMETHING.
