a CR is not going to happen. They also have $1.1m in the bank ... plus the conversion of options coming up.

I had an email reply from the CEO that a CR was not in the forseable future but that was like 6mths ago and since then Tannous has thrown his hat in the ring with tweets saying he has had meeting with them, why they would want to or need to meet with a player i am not sure
