2010 has always been the date for starting steam, or at least that was the way that I read it in a number of earlier presentations.
Are you able to clarify one point?
Is steam going to add an additional $20 to production costs, or raise the production costs to $20 a barrel?
I read Beggs reply as "Costs during steaming could be up to US$20 /barrel" vs your reply of extra $20/barrel cost from steam.
