Which brings me to the opening post and the header where I'd point out the WBC sp only needs to average $25.83, or lower during the SPP Plan's 5 day VWAP period, to bring the new shares' price below $25.32; if I've calculated correctly because:
98% of $25.83 is $25.31.
Already the sp was briefly down today to within 43c of that $25.83 VWAP trigger price so it's going to need a few good Ann's over the next 3 weeks or some friendly sp support to stay above that $25.83 VWAP.
