Delays are always unpleasant, but quite often the case.
They confirmed on 30.10.2019 bindingly, via Quarterly shareholder Report, that basically nothing speaks against an early publication.
So what is your problem, your risk management? Looks as if your positions are much too high, that you almost go crazy, because of some days....

I think the delays have to do with the move to London, potential big investors will have demanded it. Maybe we will see several news at the same time. PFS, new institutional British anchor investors and the financing of the Capex...
