Have looked into this some years back, and whilst you will have a move there over time, as a purchaser you need to buy the caravan park to make money - to buy a park home or a van requires an outlay, monthly expenses, you generally get tenants who are not as stable as most plus a hell of a job to try and sell these , should you need to. Plus they don't appreciate as much in value and the actual van etc deteriorates rapidly.
