    JT & BB are hot on the trail. What's the bet BPAM scored an additional fee over & above their standard management fee for negotiating the sale of Fergusons for BFC? If so it would be over & above the (other additional!) fee BPAM probably got for negotiating the purchase in the first place. No doubt BFC would be willing to clarify the existence and amounts of any such fees if asked by a shareholder..
