I regard this a just a regulatory flea bite and hope all shareholders vote in favour of the resolution.
the products are good, the relationhip with Thales is potentially company making and lucrative for all shareholders.
however I have concerns for the company secretary role given (if I remember correctly) there have been previous regulatory glitches relating to cleansing notices. Something needs to change in that regard
