what I do find incredulous (should you believe anything they have said), they are more near now to the Military deal & actually getting some decent commercial sales & yet they are obviously finding it hard to aise a few dollars.
One would think they someone wants this to fail, so they can pick the remains up for cheap & then run a privately owned firm with the IP, the connections, the deals & the Military stuff........
