2nd Strike will NOT remove directors at AGM, page-5

What I don’t get is, instead of constantly fighting for their jobs, why don’t they just allow 2 or 3 shareholder elected directors on the board to over look the decisions made and move forward?

They must be hiding some activity they definitely don’t want the market and possibly even the ASX to find out about IMO!

Or they don’t want shareholders on the board making decisions that are good for shareholder value instead of their own back pockets, like deals that are not cash based (that they can circulate into their own pockets) but more progress based IMO!!!
