Port stocks declining is great sign obviously but it makes it better given there were s lot of arrivals fromOz (see below table)
IO stocks and steel stocks are barren at steel mills and utilisation rates are well up already this month at mills.
Stimulus has already been despatched to increase investment in more infrastructure. Chinese. Ew Year restocking period not too far away either...
