    To be honest what can he do in the short term, if they continually announced the same old stuff people would soon get fed up with that. He cannot change sentiment in the sector and he cannot reasonably fast track projects without doing the same with cash burn.

    Buy backs and presentations/road shows are just a waste of money IMO for WMT.
