the revelation you all need to know

First I'd like to make a quick point.. reading some of the other posts recently.. I'd just like to say ... were not here to cruicify anyone who brings up a valid point against SLA ... I agree things havent been so forthcoming in recent times... especially after the wonderful job SLA had done in the past with keeping the market and shareholders up to date on the progress of brining Ropren to the approval stage. They delivered on that promise.

So Denis and the crew at Solagran have been in hibernation for a couple of months.. no news.. obviously camped in trying to sort out this Opes Prime issue.. and no doubt seriously worried about their retirement plans! How would you feel if all your money in the bank got taken away because you didnt read the fine print ??

They are human .. and no doubt they would have been stressed as hell. So lets give them a break... they've done a fair job to get Opes out of the picture quickly. Considering other small caps (e.g. BPO) are still suffering from dumping of their shares by ANZ.. and will be for some time.

So the Ogres gone.. and we've had a couple of decent announcements since. Things are starting to feel like the good ol days when SLA was trading at 60-70c for a few weeks.. and then jumped to $1.20 in a few days.

So here is my take on the realistic worst case scenario i.e. no sales and no confirmed pricing as at today.

So one must ask if in fact they have made sales. Its key to note that they stated pricing needed to be confirmed before orders would be confirmed (back in April 08). Opes hit smack bang when SLA were going to announce details on sales and pricing.. but considering the turmoil they were in ... pricing of Ropren may have taken a back seat. It is indeed a possibility, and in my eyes the realistic worst case scenario at this very moment. And their inaction and unwillingness to confirm sales or pricing is leading me to believe this is the case.

HOWEVER if this really is the case... and pricing has yet to be confirmed and sales have not begun... BIG WOOP! Reality is the inevitable has been slightly delayed. And fair enough the SP is reflecing this... this SP right now is factoring in the fact that there are no sales and no pricing.

The fact that SLA is starting to pick itself up in terms of informing the market.. organising a shareholder information night.. and having such strong support in Russia .. shows that things on an OPERATIONAL perspective have no deteriorated.. in fact have only gotten stronger in the past 2 - 3 months.

THE REVELATION - if you've read this far.. you deserve to come to this revelation.. it may be obvoius to some.. but some may not realise... so read on


I believe some of us have lost sight of the big picture... and some just havent been around long enough to know enough about SLA to have seen the big picture. So let me share it with you.

WE HAVE BEEN FOCUSING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE EQUATION!!

Fact is...

WE ARE SIMPLY WAITING FOR THE PRICE AND SALES OF ROPREN. WE ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT DEMAND.

THE REAL ISSUE SOLAGRAN FACE IS SUPPLY OF ROPREN.

THE SIGNIFICANT OF TODAYS ANNOUNCEMENT IS ENORMOUS - and some people just dont realise it.

WE ALREADY KNOW THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE ASTRONOMICAL DEMAND FOR ROPREN. The upgrade is only going to meet 40% of demand !!!!

So when and how sales start... in the big picture.. doesnt really matter. Fact is SLA is going to make a fortune from Ropren.. the earlier you realise this.. the better.
