There was more PC representation of diversity than anything else in this address - I don't think having 80% of your front line staff as women is something to be proud of, either. That is not celebrating gender diversity, that is a clear imbalance of representation.
Many could not care less what the religion of the team are. We care about getting things done right and on schedule.
I would hate to think I was being discriminated against because I am white, atheist and Male.
Lots of unemployed smart young men out there, perhaps it is time to reconsider your recruitment criteria.
