Agree ... there is a lot of doom and gloom on here (past performance and lack of comms may warrant) but if this capital raise gets up WHA end up with tangible manufacturing and distribution assets at all points of the supply chain, virtually no debt and a solid distribution deal into china in way of a JV with part of the Chinese government ... some people on here seem to have the impression that the success of WHA is tied to Uganic ... thats not the bigger play, more a nice to have.
