This is not playing around for piddling percentages, clearly, at least someone from the Top 20 is bailing out. E.G. Someone like L S Whitehall Group which was not in the Top 20 on 19 September 2018 or 17 July 2019, then had 7,321, 900 on 16 September 2019, but down to 4,178,571 on 27 September 2019 and probably completely clearing the decks.
And with such large numbers to dump, are using what is used for such an exercise, bots, algorithmic trading (to soften the blow).
Trying to get the latest Top 20 to see if that provides some enlightenment.

But, someone else has taken advantage of the opportunity and bought them and the big picture hasn't changed one bit!!!.
Ten days to the AGM, will we hear about the PFS before then?
