Don't know whether, if I was CVN management, I would be delaying the drilling of the Buffalo 10 well - if required, I would drill (alone) with subsea equipment attached & if successful say to the market - see, anyone wishing to get in can now pay overs (than pre-drill) - in other words, get it over; one way or the other.
I certainly will be disappointed if it is not drilled in 2020.
