Good question.

The AGM has been announced for 29 November 2019 in Brisbane.

However:
- There's been no audited annual report announced - only a preliminary report.
- Shareholders are required to vote on the adoption of the remuneration report - which hasn't been announced.
- Given how the pirates fared at last year's AGM, I can't imagine that the directors are looking forward to facing a bigger turnout of shareholders who are much more aware of what's going on this year.

In my humble, non-expert opinion: I expect that we'll see more pirate shenannigans in the next 12 days. Possibly even a postponed AGM.
