Does it say if it was all passed Friday, does it say that CTL have been doing exceptionally well while in administration, does it say the valuation of CTL will remain the same as agreed apon buy AUL and it's BOD even after the fact it has shown to be a good business when running well under administration, does it say it will increase economics by the utilisation of AUL'S Woods Point processing facility and increase profitability further than that achieved during administration, does it say the prospects are that good certain entities will want a piece of the pie. Because if it doesn't it's not working reading IMO.
