Hi Stepho,
The comments in the original post were not intended to be as inflammatory as they were taken by Shelby. No I am not a holder but have been watching for some time and have not jumped in as yet as I think the current management have yet to come fully clean on how much cash is actually left (the App 5B is 6 weeks old), what the size of the ERL settlement will really be considering the Chair there still has >10% of MXR and what outstanding creditors are not on the books as yet, ie Directors etc.
I think the Spargoville projects are seriously underdone and have good potential for short term cash flow in the right hands.
Unfortunately I think the current lot will shuffle the proverbial deck chairs and not a lot will happen.
