The initial FDA trial was stopped because of a higher than expected hepatic abscess rate. It was out of keeping with multiple other studies so not sure what to make of it but it was enough for the study to be prematurely stopped.
Lost a bundle on this one a year or more ago but the idea is still a good one if they can make it work.
I wonder how much longer the patent has given how long they have been at this.
