Hi I think that it stinks A company comes out with a good report and those who are not in the know go and buy the shares and push the price UP . Those who are in the know are offered shares at a discount in a placement and then shaft the shareholders who topped up on what was a good announcement . I am getting pissed of with the directors who do this . If they need the money then have a share purchase plan SPP at a discount to the share price for shareholders on the register before the announcement I am a holder of the options and in my opinion the placement at 18 cents STINKS Towie
