I have not been updated on that for some time ,but I believe that on the original 12km line that you referred to ,one person was blocking the access via a unacceptable demand. However now they may be able to circumvent that line by accessing and duplicating a existing pathway/powerline now that access to the substation has been granted. I am not certain of this ,maybe a good point to be clarified by those going to the AGM .
