I doubt they would rate at all. The reality is that it is going to take years for CCE to recover this and turn it into something meaningful.
Political parties of both persuasions will be extremely reluctant to get involved again. Infact I would be extraordinary surprised if ever they see money from either state or federal coffers again.
Let’s be real, what have taxpayers gained from the many thousands that have been sunk?
It’s a double edge sword... OEM’s will be reluctant without government underwriting some of it and government won’t go near them unless CCE can demonstrate that they can financially stand in their own two feet.
