this was 6 weeks ago, and we have seem volatility in i/o pricing/ outlook shifts / Vale / China pollution/ trade wars..
I think they have been way too slow to seize the earlier opportunity, perhaps they can get some of the production before prices soften again. So maybe the outlook for how much we can mine, with the window still open, needs to be considered.
