Resolution 7, page-8

Here are three more reasons why I’m totally against Resolution 7. (1) We haven’t had a Resource update at Suplejack for that long i can’t remember. (2) We’ve had 4 J/V’s in the last 3 years and two have fallen over. (3) Gold Price at a extremely high price and our S/P Is heading South instead of North. How can Directors explain to Share Holders that our MD Deserves a Reward and Incentives when S/holders aren’t getting a Reward in our S/P. Where’s the S/P going to finish this week as it’s not a good start. My posting could have a Negative impact on the Market which I’m sorry for as I hold as well. I’m not selling so will take the hit as I believe in the Right Principles. (THIS IS WRONG). My opinion only
