Currently their mining is undertaken by a contractor. This is useful to start an operation with as there is no CAPEX to purchase mining equipment and results in flexibility to cut or add capacity quickly from a mining perspective. However, in general it is more expensive to operate then an owner operator model where the company owns and operates its own mining fleet. It would be expected a positive step change down in AISC.
