That’s it- I’m out.
Held for a long time- and one of my first buys.
What a mistake that was!

By my reckoning EPM will need to do a raise shortly and took the opportunity- as I reckon they may have pumped over last month to get price up for a raise.

Few red flags for me- having BOD as part time runners of the company- collecting reasonable coin, yet ‘talking’ about drilling and exploring without ever going into details, results, meant imo that EPM has become an easy meal ticket- and you do t need to do much.

Second red flag was I went trying to find an email or phone number across the internet and company website- and found great difficulty- reckon BOD happy to just accept cash, but don’t want to do anything for it! The phone number mentioned in previous May Ann- telling us about change of number bought up a random person when I tried to ring, and after checking their website it looks okay- but doesn’t really tell you much about how to contact, etc.

So given the difficult market for penny dreadfuls and chances of raising cash- I’m out- taken the loss and put it somewhere where it might actually go somewhere- this company’s treading water and not the time to be neglecting share holders or doing nothing.
