So my question for those in the know, if it is found that the performance shares are not earned, is it as simple as giving them back and setting new performance targets?
If so they could set reasonable easy targets and i'm sure the shareholder would be happy to sign off as the growth in the company has made many people a large amounts of $$$$.
My guess is it won't be as easy as that though..... never had a suspended company before.
