I've been looking for companies involved for ages, even asked here if people knew any a few month ago. Found a few by now, eg: PSD, NAL.
The management af ALE seems very stale (don't you hate that, especially on St Paddy's day)
'Stem cell technologies Ltd' does have a homepage. It says 'under construction'. They are not a brand new company. There's another site somewhere too, advertising part of their business. The link has been posted here by someone. Forgot the URL now, but you can find it here somewhere here if you search for it.
Read to me a bit like "we are doing this 'cause we need money to do some reasearch and hope that there's someone actually interested", but I suppose that's a matter of interpretation.
Currently seems like stale ALE to me. Once they can afford to get a homepage and have new management, I might check them out again.
There are also still quite a few legal and ethical problems regarding stem cell technology, although I thing it'll play a major role in the medicine of the future.
Somehow BGN comes to mind now ....
Anyway, be very careful. For me it's definately not a buy. Not yet, anyway. I rather accumulate things like TAA while there's nothing happening and it's getting sold down :)

    That's just my opinion.
