Great returns can be made by buying at all time highs breaking out of true 'pivot poInts' as we have just seen. Read O'Neill, Minervini for example or the classics on Jesse LIvermore. My most recent purchases of PAR were of this nature - pyramIdIng at all tIme highs. Just saying that 'topping up on dips' is not the only strategy that can be employed here - and this is true for trader and investor types.
