Banks arent stupid - 200mill revenues,, all u need is to get it up n running if theres sufficient enough scale for Cost control at diff cost-price scenarios - you can have it run at break evens even and its WORTH IT , because costs are controlled at a certain scale of production, and hence ramping up to 70-80k is where they make it all.
