I can't see anything in the Chairman's Report about dilution.
IIRC, it was Dr Ketelbey in the early October XanaHES 20mg efficacy results briefing who said during the Q&A that additional government funding other than R&D grants would help to avoid dilution, and that ACW was actively seeking additional government grants from Australian and overseas sources.
