To answer your question it is not an either/or question. I have plenty of options and I have been buying on market.
I am of course biased, but I agree 100% with the assertion that the SP does not reflect the true value of RAC. While the market is normally efficient, down at the small biotech end it is not. While it is not easy, on occasion there are opportunities that are so good that it is hard to believe they are real. Do your own analysis and don’t let others scare you out of what your research says to do.
