My interpretation of what was said is that the proposal for financing is being quickly overhauled and represented to the bank, based on recent changes in the cannabis industry globally.
To me a CR is next on the list.
It sounds like they are working overtime right now to try to get away with the loan. I would say they are in a difficult position
