    Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) raised concerns prior to and at Peptech's AGM in Sydney on 22 february. The ASA was concerned about high audit fees, in-the-money options and an annual fee to a non-executive director.

    On 23 february 2002 the AFR wrote an article titled "Peptech directors under fire"
