Exactly, and there was also the point that the tax is payable on the shares at the share price value of the day they vest. Her shares vested at a much higher price (can’t be bothered looking it up) so selling her shares now would mean she has to sell more of her shares just to cover the the same tax bill. For obvious reason I think Jayne is waiting for the SP to climb a fair bit further before selling. Good to know the ATO also savages the big end of town!
