Yes it does. It says that WPL is fully committed and wants to be the majority equity holder and it increases the likelihood that we will get a better "see through" value of what FAR holds in the event of any transaction (i,e, even if its Cairn that WPL buys from).
Please please just let SOMETHING actually happen!!! It should be an interesting and hopefully rewarding next 4-6 weeks.
